OUR STORY
Inspired by the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont, GreenPeak Packaging was founded by accomplished engineering managers who had a drive to establish an optimized and well-rounded approach to engineering. For them, it wasn't just about getting the job done; it was about doing it effectively, with integrity, and through teamwork and collaboration.

GreenPeak offers consulting services in the packaging field, specializing in: package development, technical project management, packaging optimization, and supply chain optimization. With over 22yrs of combined experience, the team at GreenPeak Packaging has strong skillsets in: several major packaging categories (flexible films, fibers, rigid containers, etc.), various material conversion processes, e-comm focused design, package testing, specification development and PLM architecture, material/machine interaction, and project execution. GreenPeak can design and effectively manage anything from an LTO specialty package, to an optimized packaging platform to drive productivity. We love what we do, and have a huge appetite for new and challenging opportunities!

MEET THE OWNER
Lucas Magnant
Owner & Engineering Consultant
Hi! My name is Luke Magnant and I'm proud to say that I'm a Packaging Engineer by training. I went to RIT in Rochester, NY where I discovered the Packaging industry and my passion. Packaging combines engineering, problem solving, creativity, and people, all of which have driven my modestly successful career in a fulfilling & fun way.
I'm a native Vermonter and a family man. My two young kids give me the energy that pushes me to work hard, play hard, and enjoy life in a high quality fashion. In between developing packages, you can find me hiking or snowboarding around the Green Mountains of Vermont, spending time with the fam, or hunting/fishing out west.
My foundational work ethic and fondness of building relationships are important to me and I'd love to put those qualities to work for you!
